Bed sheets in general are designed to last 2-3 years. Grounding sheets are no different, and can last 3 years or longer if cared for properly.
Sheets and pillowcases can be machine washed in warm or cold water and tumble dried on a low setting. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
Mats can be hand washed with water and a mild soap.
