60-Day “For Any Reason” Warranty
Think of this as a 60-day trial. Try our products, and if you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return them. Unlike many competitors, we don’t charge restocking fees.
One thing to note:
We will ask why you’re returning the item. This isn’t to hassle you, “I changed my mind” is a valid reason. But we’re committed to making the best products in our category, and your feedback helps us improve. It also helps us reduce returns and minimize waste.
2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
This extended warranty protects you from any manufacturer defects for two full years. If you have a problem with your product, please email our support team at contact@groundluxehealthshop.com and we'll help you out.
